Our client operates in the high-end residential sector with sites across the UK, primarily in London and internationally. You will be joining a professional team who are passionate about property and high-end design. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Part II/recently qualified Architect who are looking for a role where they will be accountable for their contribution to the success of the business. Our client operate an office that is entrepreneurial, ambitious and autonomous. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to move into a Developer role. Because of year-on-year success, our client are currently expanding the in-house architectural team and are looking for an experienced Part II or recently qualified Architect to join the company. The ideal candidate will: * Report to the Head Architect * Have at least 5 years of professional experience within the UK and ideally within the high-end residential sector * Have small-team working experience, assisting on the design and detailing of a large private residential development * Work across all RIBA work stages * Have experience working in France Your specific responsibilities will include: * Producing 2D / 3D CAD or Revit drawings through all RIBA Work Stages * Producing 3D visualisations / renderings where necessary to aid design decisions * Liaising with consultants and the wider team to ensure design work is fully co-ordinated * Package Leader role for several design elements of a single building * Prepare details / specifications prior to construction * Reviewing and approving sub-contractor's information prior to construction In addition to the above, you will also have a strong eye for high-end design and demonstrate strong coordination, technical, and presentation skills. A knowledge of Revit and BIM would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. This role offers the opportunity to work through the full lifecycle of unique and award-winning projects.
