The experience we need. This role is suitable for a Midweight or Senior designer, from either an agency or directly from a client background. It is important you have managed a team or mentored junior designers. You will have at least 5 years` experience as a Designer, with a broad range of design ideas presented within a portfolio. The role. You will report into the Design Manager and help mentor and manager a wide team of Junior Designers, working closely with a team of Digital Developers. You will be responsible for producing conceptual ideas and executing design visuals across print and digital. Responsibilities: - Work within the team to develop on-brand work for our clients that addresses both creative and business goals - Support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning - Communicate creative methodologies and opinions effectively to clients and non-creative types - Use your experience of creative problem solving to develop detailed concepts into refined, cohesive and compelling design solutions - Pitch creative concepts, create mock-ups, and discuss these ideas with clients - Manage multiple projects effectively and deliver well executed designs under tight timeframes - Mentor less experienced members of the team, providing creative direction and constructive feedback, sharing knowledge and best practices The company.
